1 Introduction This post is a step-by-step guide implementing a blinking LED project with MicroBlaze: Create a minimal MicroBlaze project Sample code for blinking LED (based on a Xilinx demo) Implementation on the demo board I am new to FPGA and MicroBlaze, and I learned these all from the tutorials I found. References are at the end. I used: Device: xc7a35tfgg484-2, (an Artix-7 Mini board made by a Chinese company, Wildfire) Vivado 2018....

As I say background, it is actually a learning background of myself, not necessarily that of the PMSG.
A very brief introcuction For an ideal PMSG: The magnets in the rotor generate a constant magnetic field, $\psi_{m}$ (When the rotor is still). The three-phase AC current in the stator windings generates a rotating magnetic field (RMF), with speed of $60f$ RPM (revolutions per minute). $f$ is the frequency of the three-phase supply, and 60 is from seconds in a minute. (My rough explanation: the stator winding with 3-ph AC current is like a set of magnets revolving outside the rotor, the rotor magnets, therefore, would also revolve, with its north pole locked to the south poles of the equivalent stator magnets....
